Each year, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that 29 million people are injured and more than 20,000 people die as a result of products that are defectively marketed, manufactured or designed. As a result, accidents from consumer products cost the U.S. over $700 billion each year.

At Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, Jones, we represent clients across the country who have been injured due to a defective product. We handle all types of death and injury claims, such as those due to defective car and auto parts, defective medical devices, dangerous drugs and more.

The CPSC lists many recalls on their website. Current recalls include infant rattles, baby carriers, pacifiers, electric grinders and more. There is also a wealth of information on various products like pools, spas, magnets, cribs and fireworks. If you want more information about a recall you heard about, the CPSC is a good place to start.

If you have been injured or have lost a loved one due to a defective product, Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, Jones, can help. We know that this is a difficult time for you and your family. We want to handle the legal matters and allow you to focus on your recovery or grieving the loss of your loved one. You may be able to receive compensation for medical expenses, final expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and more.

We invite you to look over the many webpages we have dedicated to product liability. Many of the questions you may have are answered in those webpages and we are always here to answer other questions you may have.
