WACO, TX –Harrison Davis Morrison Jones is proud to announce that nationally recognized trial and appellate attorney Justin has joined the firm as a partner. With more than 30 years of experience handling complex, high-stakes litigation across the country, Justin brings a wealth of strategic insight, courtroom skill, and appellate expertise to the Harrison Davis team.
Justin has played a pivotal role in some of the nation’s most consequential mass tort and product liability cases. He has served on leadership committees in federal multidistrict litigation involving:
- The national opioid epidemic, where his work helped secure more than $70 billion in settlements for affected communities;
- Defective hip implants, including landmark verdicts against Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries totaling $1.75billion;
- Recalled orthopedic and medical devices, including ongoing litigation in the Exactech MDL; and
- Pharmaceutical litigation including Depo Provera.
Known for his clear legal writing and deep understanding of trial procedure and appellate law, Justin has helped shape key rulings on jurisdiction, federal preemption, product warnings, and corporate liability – issues that affect litigation strategies nationwide. He is board-certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has repeatedly been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Texas Super Lawyers for his work in personal injury and appellate practice.

Justin earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University and his J.D., cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and is admitted to practice before Texas courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and multiple U.S. District Courts, including:
- U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas
- U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin
