West Fertilizer Plant Explosion
April 17, 2013 is a day that will forever be etched into the memory of the residents in West, Texas. The small town was devastated that evening when an explosion occurred at West Fertilizer that killed 15 people, injured 260 and damaged hundreds of homes and buildings.
