Our Fees

We represent most clients on a contingent fee basis. This means that the client pays legal fees only if a recovery is made. Then a fee is paid based upon a percentage of the recovery. Also, under a contingent fee contract, we advance all costs of the litigation which are repaid only if there is a recovery. So a client has no fees or cost of his litigation unless there is a recovery.
