Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, P. C. Helps You Recover & Rebuild

Physical and financial injury to you or your business because of someone else’s negligence can be devastating. Often, those injured believe that the negligent person’s insurance company will automatically take care of them and make them financially whole.

At the law firm of Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, P.C., we know otherwise. For 30 years, we have successfully represented clients against insurance companies and other corporations. In all those years, we have seen how insurance companies too often have only their own interests in mind, even if those interests come at the expense of the injured party.

Our talented civil trial lawyers at Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, P.C., have only our clients’ interests in mind. We always strive to recover the maximum amount allowed under the law for your injuries. You don’t have the resources, the time, or the energy to fight the multitudes of lawyers that corporations and insurance companies have at their disposal. We do!

With 30 years of experience representing injured parties and numerous significant recoveries under our belt, Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, P.C., has the resources and the know-how necessary to take on some of the most difficult and sophisticated legal challenges. Our trial lawyers handle a wide array of civil litigation matters, in particular serious injury and wrongful death cases, as well as business litigation and other personal injury matters. The firm is listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, which includes lawyers and law firms that have earned the highest rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and have been designated by their colleagues as preeminent in their field. The firm has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating level based on superior ethics, as well as the desired level of professional experience. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are established by lawyers.

We represent most clients on a contingent fee basis. This means that legal fees are paid by the client only if a recovery is made. Then a fee is paid based upon a percentage of the recovery. Also, under a contingent fee contract, we advance all costs of the litigation which are repaid only if there is a recovery. So a client has no fees or cost of his litigation unless there is a recovery.

At Harrison Davis Steakley Morrison, P.C., results matter and so do our clients. Our trial lawyers take a personal interest in every client we represent, and our goal is to help our clients recover and rebuild their lives.

Wrongful Death

When a loved one has died as a result of someone else’s negligence, certain family members have the right to sue the negligent party to recover damages.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

Motor vehicle accidents can be devastating, no matter whether they are catastrophic or more routine. Trying to deal with the insurance company and assuming they have the injured party’s best interests in mind is a grave mistake.

Pharmaceutical Litigation

Since the inception of the Food and Drug Administration, the American consumer has trusted that the pharmaceutical products that they buy have been stringently tested and been found safe for consumption. Unfortunately, that is not necessarily the case for the consumer ingesting some drugs or the doctors prescribing them.
